(Also - I couldn't help noticing you commenting first on others being confident the ban is in relation to RMT, while in the same post confidently calling for GGG to state there it hadn't been. Bit inconsistent here - is arguing from a position of ignorance good or bad?)

How could you possibly know how long another person would have been banned without knowing the reasons why J was banned?
As for me stating that it isnt, well that is my solution to lost mirror service if he wasnt related to rmt. If he was why GGG has been silent for more than a week? IMHO its bad practice that bans are given whiout explanation why (not only in poe but in other games and platforms).
As soon GGG comments on the nature of the ban the better.

• The person you refer to has shared a screenshot of the area of the website that would show the date their ban expires - with no date displayed.

That is what I am talking about, from the screenshot that J showed the reason for ban was not stated. Moreover the appeal to inquire the reason for ban was denied.

OK. GGG has lost all those who beat the game many times and kept playing just for collecting legacy powerful items in standard. With J ban I assume major part of legacy items has been voided.
So proposal to those collectors in Standard from GGG to keep playing (and buying tabs and stuff) this and future leagues DECLINED.

All of this fuss for pixels on a screen that are, in reality, worthless. People are weird.

No did J admitted being banned for RMT so we are back to my suggestion to unban him and end this drama. J admitted basically being rude to other users and imho its 2 weeks ban. As far as I am aware J has been banned before and those bans were lifted.

He did not imply the ban relates to his rudeness toward other community members - and GGG would, quite obviously, not leverage Path of Exile account bans in relation to messages sent via third-party platforms such as Discord. Please do not be intentionally obtuse.
