Ban Landminers from Async Trade

landminers deserve it, if there would be a consistant way to implement this, then ofc it would be good.
ggg probably doesnt wanna spend the resources on making a feature like this.

Don't you get a message when clicking something that is priced different than what you selected for the port to the sellers HO?

Lets just add upvote and downvote button in the async trade window. LOL
So we can get trading street cred. Just downvote and report the repeat landminers, so other ppl can know beforehand

If enough people reporting the same players for landmine, that player will get banned. You stepping into an apparent landmine is your own fault, async trade / trade window is 100% scam-proof, use your eyes.

However, this kind of practice shouldn't be nurtured or the game will be worse.

Or just look at the price of the item you are buying?
Its not a scam when someone put up an item for price x and you look at it and buy it all for yourself lol.

As far as I understand and recall, landmines have already been patched, no?

You get a message anytime you try to buy an item that has a listed price different than the one you searched for in the ingame trade interface.

Not sure if that warning persists if you accept it the first time it pops up though.

Doesn't seem to be working properly with beasts. maps can also fit your regex but have small differences in price, this lures players into ignoring the warning

so maybe start reading before clicking. stay sane exile

When you buy an item you buy one at a time as listed in trade. Then u go down the list in trade (not sell tab) or you redo your search. You gotta stop clicking other items. It's on you if u click an item to buy - that means u agree with terms and price. Trade is meant for one item at a time transaction.

If you don't wanna read on each mouseover, I guess one thing GGG could do is show listed price in row category from top to bottom, cheap to expensive, etc, kinda like they do with flasks tab where flask types are shows in rows for each type. I'm sure GGG can think of a way to improve the system and UI.

No way this could ever be abused, like absolutely impossible lol.

Like sure landminers are assholes but the responsibility is on the buyer. It's like not reading a contract irl, except this is like a number and a symbol and not 20 pages of technical small print.

Everyone seems to just love trying to make other people accountable for their own actions.

The BIG issue thought is the pop up thing, that's what GGG do need to fix; either have a pop up that always works, or don't have any pop up, that's the only real ggg related issue here.
