You cant scale shock. Witch has guaranteed shock which you scale. It is unique to that ascendancy. You may be able to apply a minor 1% shock but not a guaranteed shock to high ehp enemies.

" When my average hit goes to 200k, 500k, a high rolled crit the applied shocks are good too. Sure you dont have 100% with inquis. Gotcha. But the triggerrate on single targets is fine with stormbrand rate. But true. The % applied shock isnt as great as elementalist! But the damage is still comparable. Just another way to scale it. Maybe its a bit better with shock. Never compared them! But i will look at it! :) |

" its not about hitrate really. Elementalist is straight up better at everything inquis does compared to inquis in the context of autobomber. Crit: Doesn't matter- you get 100% crit of the new support gem with minor further investment Resistance pen: Witch is way better- you get additional pen Consecrated ground: You get this of a jewel that also grants cursed ground on top. Further Bonuses: Elementalist has Shock scaling for damage and 60% aoe for mapping which is high qol for Herald since it increases range. " Thanks already for your input and feedback! Well i gotta say i never compared them damage wise. Iam curious how the damage would be with my current gear, a little bit twinked for elementalist. Shock and reduced resistances might be a shit ton of damage. Iam also curious about the scaling with gem quality. With the helmet and ashes of the stars. I do think elementalist might have a shit ton of QoL too. What would you take for another ascendency? You dont go shock, chill and AoE? Dont you? Appreciate the conversation with you! I learn a lot! |

Also the shield, but that one is very hard to craft. I'll post a video later. Other then that- pretty good job! |

I like Herald of thunder a lot, i like CI, cool concept and idea w survive and dps, thx u for this build!! Great Job! I use another spectre Warlord > Blasphemer, and i got endurance charge+vitality, coz i have Watcher eye w vitality regen +1%, i think its minor things, but smite looks like more for bossing, i prefer maps and run fast, and i didnt see smite buff often on me and iguess this buff doesnt have a duration and its bad for fast run. " Also: a skin of the lord will be a dmg increase for you^^, its a simpel base to get here :) Blasphemer is using a lvl 50 smite, so even with 20% uptime its rather crazy. But yeah if you want vitality etc. its a good swap :) |
