Problem with race reward system and the need for it to be changed

In about 10-12 hours worth of time, you can get a Death Rush which is worth ~15 exalts. Add another 5-7 hours onto that and you have an andvarius which is worth another 4. I've been playing the game for about 600 hours and I've found 4 exalts and no uniques worth more than 3 exalts. So... yeah this is actually the most time efficient way to get rich right now. The times I quoted are if you get 5-8 points per race which is completely do-able for any one.

I actually got sick of the terrible drop rates and RNG for trying to socket and link my items I decided to stop playing the real game all together and just race for a while, build my wealth up that way and come back when I'm a bit richer.
