[Suggestion] Custom Guild Roles & Granular Stash Tab Permissions[
|
As the leader of Noctis, a massive community with over 100+ active players in PoE 1 and 200+ in PoE 2, managing guild resources has become a logistical nightmare due to the archaic Guild Role system.
Currently, we are limited to just 4 hardcoded roles: Leader, Officer, Member, and Initiate. This rigid structure completely fails when trying to manage a large, highly organized guild that actively plays both games interchangeably. The Problem: Our guild owns over 100 Guild Stash Tabs. We primarily use these as dedicated "Party Dump Stashes." When a specific group of our members plays together (e.g., juiced mapping or boss rushing), they need a secure stash tab to quickly dump their shared loot without leaving the map. Under the current system, if we give them "Member" access to a tab, every single Member in the guild gets access to it. This completely destroys the security of that specific party's loot. It creates unnecessary friction, clutters the tabs, and introduces the risk of items going missing among 100-200+ people. The Proposed Solution: Please allow Guild Leaders to create Custom Roles (e.g., "Party 1", "Crafters", "MF Group A") and assign specific Stash Tabs exclusively to those custom roles. Why this matters:
GGG, you have improved so many QoL aspects of the game recently (like the amazing Currency Exchange in patch 3.28). Please give Guild management some much-needed love next! We want to keep supporting both games by buying tabs, but we need the tools to actually use them safely. Last bumped on Apr 3, 2026, 7:59:27 PM

Yes please. Large guilds have completely outgrown the old 4-role system, and custom roles with stash-specific permissions would be a huge QoL upgrade for organization and party play across both PoE 1 and PoE 2.

Also a functionality to assign access per member name (dropdown list with search function) would eliminate this problem entirely. Additionally I would implement the possibility to manipulate initiate-member ranks and stash tabs to officer rank in guild |

Good idea.
For me it's like GGG purposely hates party play. |
