Disconnect to login screen when re-entering map after death

Addition: had it on Purifier, as well, like 5 times in a row, somehow it didn't crash when i moved to Brazil

Yeh, this happens everytime i die once during ubers or feared invitations. GOing to stop until they fix this cause its over atleast 30 div of lost so far during this league due to dc and losing maps/portal. its over 2 weeks and they still havent fix this issue... GGG seems to lost the plot at this point.

i have this same issue as of today. yesterday was just fine all day. if i open a brand new map it is fine but as soon as i die in a map it will just boot me to the log in screen. i do not know what is happening but it is very frustrating.
