Failed to connect to instance

More than 50% of my attempts to change instances causes a disconnect. Whether it's entering hiedout, entering map, entering or leaving Mirage. It has been constantly happening all afternoon.

same - every map - trying to enter hideout, back into the map - whatever. Failed to join instance.

does it get stuck in loadig screen for you guys too? also do you guys play through steam?

+1, having the same problem on my side. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled everything, including my GPU drivers (4080 Super), tested Vulkan, DirectX 11/12, ran the following commands as admin:

ipconfig /release
ipconfig /flushdns
netsh int ip reset
netsh winsock reset

Then I restarted, reinstalled everything again, and even changed servers (all the way to Australia). Nothing works. I still get the same error message when trying to join my hideout or any map: "Failed to connect to instance."

When other people try to enter my hideout, the issue seems to "spread" to some of them—it feels like a contagious bug. Switching hideouts from Karui Shore doesn’t fix the problem either.

Same here, i cannot join any instances.
Each time i try to enter a map, my hideout or any other places than the one i spawned in i got the 'Failed to connect to instance' error message.

I tried to change my server and restarted the game nothing helped yet

cant get to my hideout cant even play the game today at all.

Same here - tried Cali, Texas, Washington and over two computers.

I was able to get it to work logging into Australia.
