Were changes made to Perfect Serpent Warrior?

Nope Serpent Warrior is not working :/

Might be worth mentioning it on the bug section. If OP had it working on an unchanged build and it no longer is, something must of changed, if others are encountering it as well.

It's possible that it is something else that is changed that is causing it, but I'm not sure what that would be other than what has been mentioned and ruled out. Might be something to do with the mortar itself, I don't know if that is related to another skill or just the spectre itself.

In recent patch, "Fixed a bug where the mortar projectile spell used by the Astral Instrument monster did no damage."

Sounds somewhat similar to what you guys are talking about, think it might be related at all? Sounds like this mob was actually firing the mortar but not doing damage. On your specter it is just not doing the skill at all though right?

I did check after the patch notes. No changes. The spectre still takes no actions whatsoever when in defensive mode.

Seems like this will be fixed:

From the 3.28.0e patch notes - "Fixed a bug where Serpent Warrior Spectres were not using skills when Defensive."
