I think everyone in Brazil server is having this problem, I already a lot of brazilian players saying the same thing, I'm having this problem too, even if I switch to any american server the problem still persists.

Not really, It just puts you on a random server from like 7 different countries, and they don't work so good. Just tried opening the game and the brasil server is EVEN worse, 240 ping for me right now. Is it possible that's on me? I find it kind of weird for it to be much higher right now. Maybe it is actually server side? California for example is only 130ms right now for me, all without proton of course

The WinMTR log you previously posted would appear to rule out both possibilities.
