Has anyone in standard been able to get into Nightmare map, Chimera, Pheonix, or Cortex?

The icon for "Witnessed by the Maven" does not reflect whether the map is considered "completed".

When you access the map device, maps that are accessible but have not yet been completed get highlighted with a blue flash/glow. You can use this to identify the maps you haven't completed yet, even when they have the "Witnessed by the Maven" icon.

Complete the maps that are accessible to reach the maps that aren't.

Same here too.
Some people in Standard seem able to run Nightmare maps, because the Exceptional support gems tied to those specific map bosses are showing up on Trade.
But the rest of us seem to be locked out for some reason.
