For the staff, look for minion dmg/life + cast speed for budget option, +3 support is less important.

Your spell suppression is sufficient now at lvl 89, you should max out your fire resis, for some reason it shows that you have only 44% fire resis in my POB, try to get more chaos resis also. If you feel like having enough damage, strongly suggest you to map with Wellspring of Creation Keystone until you have solid defenses.

Take out the level 15 skeleton from your body armour, you should not put any irrelevant gem inside body armour, it will reduce your main skeleton level.

Tattoo is not that important yet given there is still much room to improve on your gear.
