POE2 Can't login to specific character

Just had 2 characters get stuck. Crazy this is still a thing

I can't get back into game on my character after trying to access the burning monolith. I bought the fragments, put them in, and my game crashed. When I try to load back in, my game crashes. I was excited to finally finish the "last" boss, but I guess I'm soft locked and can't do anything? So... I'll wait until the next major update? Kind of a joke if you ask me.

I got stuck in act 3, I cannot continue.
Switched servers and got back in the game, once I return to act 3 I get disconnected and the struggle starts again.
Anyone got fixes for this yet or RIP game until next season?
