Take a look into the spoiler "The companionship" on page 500.

A good geared AG, well selected Spectres (since 3.27 with self-reviviving qol), clever chosen Golems or soon again** also Mercs almost double your tankyness with 3-4 auras, fortify, extinguish, throw curses and boost the damage of HoA with frenzy charges and increased withers.
In chain-reaction also some of our own sockets and gear-implicits are freed up.

I did not play the game for a long time and wanted to try this build for ages. Right now I am trying it but can't seem to get the dps esp. in single target. I can't get Virulence stacks from single mobs and in pack I can't seem to get high stacks except there are tons of monsters. So question is what am I doing wrong?

Hey RayithaB,

you need an additional chaos or physical damage component to poison for virulences.

This component you get:

while levelling on chance to poison-support / or integrated in gloves

Then on

Circle of nostalgia (you wear of ambition)
or eldritch exarch implicit crafted on helmet with exarch embers: add + chaos damage to spells.


I recommend the circle of nostalgia (+onslaught or bleed avoidances) or the helmet-implicit.
