How are you supposed to get max endurance charges using that PoB? I can maintain 1-2 endurance charge in the maps thanks to 5% on kill but that seems unreliable to me.
Other than that you lose all charges when fighting bosses.

1. keep precision at level 1 or link it with blood magic
2. do not link HoP, with any support gems.
Im running precision, pride, HoP, Blood and Sand, Dread Banner and not using ichimonji.

I actually was in the same boat as you. I was able to ulab once I bought a 6l. Also try getting a better scaeva. I managed to snag a 314 pdps one for 2c. See below for my POB.

More damage = shorter fight. I also notice you dont have totem or diamond flask. Once izaro spawns self cast molten shell, warchief, blood rage, and vulnerability. Drop blasph to run the auras in his guide.
