CI / Caster Jewelry or crap?

Damnation Band looks pretty good. Demon Finger is crap. Amulets are harder to value since I (like many others) wouldn't even consider taking off my Eye of Chayula for end-game content. Soul Medallion looks like crap and Rage locket looks pretty good though.
