Failed to connect to instance FIX

I've had the problem for several hours and couldn't open any map or area other than Karui Shore.
I tried using a lot of servers around the world, although Australia was ok, it's unplayable from Europe.
Playing on my account from another PC also worked so I figured it's a local problem.
I tried this fix and it's working for now.


Open cmd and type these commands:

ipconfig /release
ipconfig /flushdns
ipconfig /renew
netsh int ip reset
netsh winsock reset

Restart PC and it should work.

Hi having the same problem on my side. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled everything, including my GPU drivers (4080 Super), tested Vulkan, DirectX 11/12, ran the following commands as admin:

ipconfig /release
ipconfig /flushdns
netsh int ip reset
netsh winsock reset

Then I restarted, reinstalled everything again, and even changed servers (all the way to Australia). Nothing works. I still get the same error message when trying to join my hideout or any map: "Failed to connect to instance."

When other people try to enter my hideout, the issue seems to "spread" to some of them—it feels like a contagious bug. Switching hideouts from Karui Shore doesn’t fix the problem either.

Tried this, and also deleting cache folders, just for the heck of it.

It got worse for me after this. I could enter my hideout but couldnt enter any maps. Now I cant even enter my hideout anymore.

No problem to connect game but if try go Hideout or Map get info : Failed toconnect to Instance

Same here. Tried your fixes. Tried NZ servers. Nothing works.

Can we fix this quick GGG? Some of us only get time to play on the weekend!
