Mirage Mechanic Bug: Exit portal missing after 2nd boss kill

Description: > I have encountered a bug where the exit portal fails to spawn after defeating the second boss within the Mirage mechanic.

Area is influenced by The Elder (implicit)
Map is occupied by The Eradicator (implicit)

To clarify: the entire Mirage encounter leading up to the boss was fully completed and cleared. The boss was defeated and the loot dropped as expected, but the arena remains sealed and no transition/exit portal appeared. This is the second time this has happened in a sequence.

Steps to reproduce:

Enter the Mirage encounter.

Fully complete the Mirage mechanic objectives leading up to the boss.

Defeat the second boss.

Observe that the loot drops, but no exit/transition portal spawns, leaving the character stuck in the arena.

Area Context & Details:

Map Influence: The Elder (implicit)

Map Status: Occupied by Elder Guardians (The Eradicator, The Constrictor, The Purifier, The Enslaver)

Encounter Stage: 2nd boss within the Mirage mechanic

Issue: The portal fails to spawn after killing any of the Guardians during the Mirage sequence, even when the pre-boss mechanic is fully completed.

All boss arenas and sometimes side areas like Harvest will do this. You still have the option to press F7 or click teleport to return to the start of the Mirage.

Has been reported many times already, not predicting a fix this league.
