Harvest Bosses not phasing at 66% life.

I am tired of this bullshit. Just have the harvest bosses insta phase at 66%, canceling their current animation or activity. The yellow harvest boss just runs and jumps around for 5 minutes, while at phase threshold. This has been a problem long enough. Fix it. Bug report reference number is 89,406,322 if you want to see me run around for 3 minutes trying to get this bastard to phase.
