Failed to Connect to Any Instace Error ( Maps and Act Regions alike )

never had that happen before but yea here we go i guess . Dont try to run a Map with expensive scarabs since you will just brick it .

I'm having the same issue, one character i can login just fine but on my new campaigner I cant even connect to any of the towns.
