Failed to connect to instance (again!)

Can you PLEASE PLEASE start addressing these issues. I've been playing since 2014 and never had "failed to connect to instance" problem.

It started happening in POE2 abyss league in end-game, I gave up and it made grinding pointless. All those divines useless.

Now it's happening in Mirage, like what the hell GGG?!
Game works fine for me, but my partner can't even load hideout or create a new character.

Why are you still ignoring users, while expecting money and support. I haven't seen you addressing these at any point, whatsoever.

And again end-game, days of grinding just so we can't play anymore and we have to give up mid-league.
