Drowning orbs action speed debuff

I would like drowning orbs to not apply an action speed slow and instead just a movement speed one. It feels quite unpleasant to like how a movement skill like leap slam/shield charge plays and it to be useless when you need to quickly leave a drowning orb.

I feel there are a lot of cases in the game where there are mechanical barriers that require a really specific solution that cant be fit into all characters but some of them are more pointless than others.

I dont think that having to play Aul/Jugg/Trickster or switch to an instant skill is a fair "downside" characters should deal with. I generally believe that a lot of instances of "puzzle-like" problem solving where you use something not because it fits and adds to your build but because its very good at getting rid of an annoyance or just trivializes an issue should be looked at and those issues generally trimmed from the game.

If having to keep this thorn in the side of builds that dont just ignore drowning orbs, what I would do to not remove the challenge and player-skill requirement is to at LEAST give them a spawning animation instead of them just starting to exist in front of where you walk.
