Fanaticism buff expiry rate

I have seen this posted multiple times though the years, but the Fanaticism BUFF's duration is not affected by buff expiry rate. I'm taking another chance of this being addressed!

Reading past bug reports, it has been noticed that the duration of buffs granted from ascendency nodes are not modifiable.
