Eye of Winter

Good morning GGG. Path of Exile 2. I'd like to know why you don't make the Eye of Winter's mage a core skill instead of a support skill with a huge cooldown. I really enjoy playing Iceborn and I think you're wasting a skill that nobody uses. No build uses it the way it is now.
