Lost Black Barya portals

After opening Black Barya portals in the map device, I clicked on a portal to enter and got the on-screen "Now entering..." message. My screen did not change and I was still able to run around my hideout and click-to-interact with objects and NPCs. Eventually I clicked on "Return to character selection" but there was no change. I had to hard quit from the application. Upon returning, portals and map item were gone.
