I ran a valdo map, full cleared no fails, did not receive reward.

I recently ran a strand valdo map for a foil mageblood reward, and I bought it for 121 divs. I completed the map fully and received no reward. GGG give me my divs back or give me a mageblood. I have invested so much into this and if I dont get it back im just going to never play this game again. I have picture proof as well that I completed the map and you can see that I bought this map as well from another player.
