Spectres Being Eaten.

Just had a perfect primal thunderbird, perfect turtle and perfect fortune construct get absolutely sent to the void because I have a wand with the spirit offering skill on it when I tried to summon them? Spent multiple divs on the corpses, went to summon and they were obliterated because I had an offering skill on.... is this intentional? Do I have to un-equip the wand before the spectres? that's ridiculous that your spirit offerings can consume a corpse you spawned..... did it at the tree due to h/o being somewhat cluttered, never had an issue before.

GGG, if you see this, a mageblood this league would ease the pain.

That is - unfortunately - how it currently works :(

Unequip your wand or unsocket Spirit Offering while you're trying to raise Spectres. There are also some uniques that "Consume a nearby corpse every x seconds" that will also eat corpses. Be very careful with them!

Also be very careful in your hideout when you're trying to change your gear! If you remove the item that has the Raise Spectre skill - or that item becomes unusable (e.g. attribute requirements) - your Spectres will return to a corpse on the ground in your hideout! And your triggered Spirit Offering will happily eat them. Because of this, I do most of my gear altering in town where no skills can be used.

Ahhh, quite finicky... I had known about the targeting them and what not, but had no idea about the offering wand thing. Ah well. Live you learn I guess. If any admins see this toss a perfect guardian turtle, thunderbird and fortune construct in my stash please. lol. gg
