Cant create new character if you pick the SSF section of characters

Title. It's really annoying having to change leagues to make a character. This might not mean a lot to people, but I am trying to practice getting to act 4 and I have to keep making new characters. Even if not for the reason I want it, it should just happen generally because its clearly not how its supposed to work.

there is a cap on characters you can create, tried deleting the old ones?
