Summon Reaper / Eviscerating Cannot Use Ability If Also Using Revenants

Relevant Gear: Dark Monarch

Steps to reproduce:

1. Summon Reaper of Revenants
2. Summon Reaper or Reaper of Eviscerating
3. <Cap out on Reapers>
4. Try to cast Reaper or Reaper of Eviscerating ability by casting the same spell you use to summon them.
5. Reaper/Eviscerating will instead destroy a Revenant to summon another copy of itself
6. Continue to cast it
7. Reaper/Eviscerating will destroy copies of itself and not use the Ultimate

Result:
Changing order does not affect it like older patches
