Cannot scroll Fragments tab of Currency Exchange (PC)

Pretty much as title, can't scroll down the Fragments tab of the Currency Exchange. Heck there isn't even a scroll bar. Other tabs work fine.
Easy to work around at least via just searching whatever I'm looking for.
Can't tell if it matters, but I play through Steam.
