Screams Of The Dessicated inspired Unique Jewel

Just thought of this jewel and it sounds insane in my head.

This would be a new timeless jewel that allocates a random number of passives in radius.
I'm not going to pretend that i have any clue with how to balance something like this but in my head the jewel works like this;
Allocates 2-7 random small passive nodes in radius
Allocates 0-4 random large passive nodes in radius
The "random" would have to be tied to seeds like a regular timeless jewel and the jewel shouldn't be divine-able.
The passives allocated should be able to be unconnected to your tree pathing.

This idea just came to me out of nowhere but i really like it since it would add more degenerate gambling to poe like the new belt.
would really like to hear opinions on something like this.
