my account is gone?

i dont know why but my account is gone, i havent played since scourge league i guess? i dont know if i have been banned, but i created this account using the same email so i guess im not? please help me, i really want to play poe again and i have a few tabs bought on my account.

If you've tried the website's sign in page using all of your email addresses (past & present), your best bet is likely to contact support@grindinggear.com and tell them you think your account may have been compromised and had its email address changed.

The more information (account name; character names; guild name; potential email address(es)) you can provide, the easier it'll be for them to investigate. GGG aren't in the practice of deleting accounts either as a punishment or upon inactivity of a certain duration - so it should still exist.

The Xsolla receipts you mention would be a great addition to your email about this! Good thinking.
