Ignite Duration with Skysunder

If I grab the fire mastery for '12 to fire over time multiplier + 50% ignite duration on you' and Lithe Shade, the duration of self ignite from Skysunder does not change at all. Help!

Working as designed. Duration of reflected ailments is based on the duration of the ailment inflicted and does not get modified by that new mastery.
