NAMELESS SEER

Ok GGG you nerf the tier on the nightmare maps to 16, then you decide oh hey people are having fun getting the seer to scry the div cards to a map they like. like this is a horrible decision and its really made the experience less fun because of this idiotic decision you decided to make just for "reasons" reverse the nerf to seer!!!!!!
