latency spikes

ive tried so many ways to reduce the latency lag and it just wont do anything. im asking for help if anyone can give me a permanent fix for my problem :) thank you

For these symptoms to be looked into you'd really need to run an MTR test while experiencing the problem and then post the log.

The page below was written with PoE 1 in mind - so things like specific folder locations won't be exactly correct - but you should be broadly able to follow it.
