Purity of Ice incorrect info

Purity of ice states it reserves 35% mana when it is reserving 50% instead. I have taken all other gems out on piece of gear it is in and it still reserves 50% instead of 35%

Which character is this on? None of your characters that I can see on Xbox are currently equipped with Purity of Ice.

My guess is the gem has an imbued support. Or it is in a piece of gear that has "socketed gems are supported by x".

Since posting, they have leveled their Deadeye on Xbox and best guess is the 4L Herald of Ice and no reservation efficiency nodes. 25% x 1.7 cost multiplier, 42.5% with no points into reservation efficiency. That plus a high level Precision (flat reservation), there's not really enough mana for anything else.
If the issue persists, include photos of what you see or actual before and after numbers if it is an unlinked Purity of Ice. |

I took it off because it was reserving more then what is written on skill

I didnt have it linked to any other skill. I dont have it on any gear now but it was the only gem that was in my helmet when I was trying use it. I turned off all other reservations and only turned that on and it was 50% and not 35%
