Can't Attack with Main Attack (POE2)

I just started playing POE2 as a mercenary. I got up to level 15, entered a new area, and now I can’t attack. I’ve tried seemingly everything; I’ve reset key-bindings, I’ve restarted the game/instance/ my PC, and still nothing has worked. The weird thing is that my grenades (right click and "T" key) still work and fire as normal, and I’m still able to cycle through ammo types, just my main attack is bugged out. Along with this, the bug has also migrated to my ability to leave my current location (i.e., I can’t portal back to camp because I can’t select the portal). Has anyone else had a similar issue, and if so, how did you resolve it?

Do you have an ammo skill on left click?
