yes, however a 10% chance to drop a voices per boss wave, with over 100 boss waves and 0 drops is a wild statistical anomaly at best.

" It's not a 10% chance per boss wave, it's a 10% chance that when a boss wave rewards a unique jewel that that jewel is Voices. The chance to get a jewel from a wave with a boss is not 100%, even if that wave had both bosses. I was bothered by this RNG last league, doing Simulacrums for Split Personality, and getting 7 Megalomanics and a Voices before my first Split Personality drop. The chances of taking 9 jewel drops to get a Split Personality are about the same as taking 40 jewel drops to get Voices to drop once. Uncommon, sure, but not a statistical improbability. |
