Divergence character effect bugged (POE2)

Every time I get a headhunter effect or any other visual change on the char the effect gets disabled, its still equiped but I have to weapon swap for the effect to reaply itself.

The effect is also WAY darker than what others on disc/yt videos shows, allmost just looks like a matte black effect.
