hello to whom it would be concerned ... today i observed that 6000 divines had just vanished from my currency tab.. can someone look into this and let me know what happened... this is very upsetting and i do hope that someone gets back to me ASAP !!! Last bumped on Apr 3, 2026, 9:53:12 PM

i had opened my account yesterday and found roughly 6000 divines gone from my currency tab. This is just a game so i'm not gonna throw a tantrum or anything but hey !!! ar'nt there systems in place where a player's time invested into your game can be protected... not blaming you all, but 6000 divines... honestly this it was for this reason i stopped playing bf... the cheaters... plz look into this and let me know if it makes sense continuing to play this game ... sent this email to the site given... |

It is critically important to bring these situations to light. GGG's information security practices are AT LEAST a decade behind when it comes to 2FA.

" Much this. There seems to be a significant uptick in hacked accounts lately. GGG needs to do better. Let us opt into a 2FA with a disclaimer that you won't help us get back into the account in a reasonable time. At least that puts the decision for slow customer support in OUR hands. |

Same here, happened today lost all chaos and divines, lost Voidforge and all other best (over 15 div) items including jewels.
MY steam account which is connected to my account has not been hacked, only my poe account. |
