Masterful form allocation with forbidden jewel

Hi,

I have equipped Forbidden Flesh and Forbidden Flame to allocate Masterful Form.

Both jewels are properly allocated in my passive tree.

I am playing a Gladiator and using Ralakesh's Impatience with Frenzy Charges:

When I equip them, I have 7/7 Frenzy Charges, but no Endurance Charges.

However, I should have the same number of Endurance Charges as Frenzy Charges due to Masterful Form, especially when using these boots with the modifier “Count as having maximum number of Frenzy Charges.”

Expected result:
Endurance Charges should match my maximum Frenzy Charges.

Actual result:
No Endurance Charges are granted.

You still have to gain the endurance charges. Masterful form doesnt give the endurance charges for free from frenzies, it just sets the max you can acquire to be equal to frenzy.

This is not correct;

• Masterful Form modifies your maximum Endurance Charges, but does not grant them.
• Your Ralakesh's Impatience Boots do not grant Endurance Charges; they instead rather explicitly grant you the benefits of having such charges without technically giving you those charges.

So if you don't see any Endurance Charges, that is working as intended - technically, you have zero.
