New Atlas so confusing !! How to play map that "contains Baran citadel" ?

Hello,

The way of working of the new Atlas is very confusing.
I still don't undersand how I'm supposed to play this kind of map:

My Atlas is complete (100/100).
When I hover the map and left-clic over an existing Atlas location, nothing happens.
When I right-clic on my map, nothing happens either.

Same question for "Area is influenced by the Shaper" maps...

choose any map slot in atlas and insert the baran map you have

The answer was so simple, and yet for some reason I couldn't figure it out!

And what about the "Shaper Guardian Map" ?
I can't use this method, how do I run this kind of map ?

EDIT: OK got it, it has to be inserted the same way, BUT in the top-right extension of the Atlas...
