Swapping weapons should swap hotbars

Swapping weapon-sets seems neat until you find out it doesn't change any of the skills on your hotbars, including the default weapon-attack skill. So if you swap from a one-handed weapon to a two-handed weapon, the first time you click to attack it swaps you back to your one-handed weapon set.

I am pretty convinced noone is using the weapon swap hotkey.
You can assign particular ability to be used with chosen weapon set and it will instantly swap to that weapon set when used.
