Won't support GGG until they fix servers

People should stop buying supporter packs and other junk from GGG, until they get the servers in order.

We are 1 month in adn in eu we still have random Latency spikes and instance crashes. The first 2 weeks were unplayable.

If you pay for shit, you expect the service to be in order.

The servers ruined the league for me, thankfully i didn't buy anything from them.

The experience I have while playing on London would not deter me from purchasing supporter packs.
GGG do not offer first-party Technical Support.

These server / network code issues have existed since the games beta launch, and have only slightly been improved one time in the history of the game, when they first introduced the different network models found in game settings.

They will not EVER do anything more, as they can't. It's not just as simple as 'server' issue. It's in the core... and rotten.
GGG - Why you no?
The game is literally unplayable during peak hours, and that’s on a normal weekday! I had so much fun during the first week with this game, but it’s getting to the point where I honestly think about just quitting PoE.
It's sad that you think there is some sort of conspiracy to provide the worst possible service.

They are customers to the service provider, they can and do push for better service.

The sad part is that past the DDoS's shit that has been happening, many of the issues are nothing to do with the server but people on the internet just find it easier to shout "IT'S THE SERVER, FIX IT" rather than do something about it themselves

GGG cannot control from New Zealand the quality of a server farm in middle EU. Its just not something they can do they can rent servers and if its bad try and switch but i bet there are only so many options anyhow.

Servers were never an issue for me this league except literally the handful of times it was patch related , right at launch and a couple hours after some bad hotfixes. Otherwise smooth sailing all league.

They are not miracle workers and they are not going to build a brand new data farm someplace in EU. Hopefully they find better servers for the Realms that consistently see issues but it is the data farms not ggg that is your issue.

Never experienced anything like that on Washington D.C.. Tried EU today again because it's weeks into the league now and the servers get somewhat playable around this time usually. Switched back to U.S. Not expecting anything, came to the point that the EU server simply don't exist for me anymore. Just annoyed by the point that there are still people around thinking it has to do with anything on the customers side.

Besides that everybody else uses server farms in Europe and while I don't deny that there seem to be EU rules that makes everything more complicated (as it was explained to me) but I still don't get how that is the only game I played having that massive problems with that. I am not an expert on this but there seems to be nothing else than crash & rollback, spikes or permalagging (even with stable ping every click microlags, I think a lot of people in the EU think that is simply how the game is but playing on US servers clearly tells you it's not). Never had this once in years of Diablo HC f.e.. If there is a server issue you disconnect.Everything else seems to be more of a code problem and/or money problem. But if you cannot or don't want to solve the problem then you can also simply close the server. And cannot be mad if a customer is not buying an amazing product if no one is shipping it. Doesn't actually matter who's at fault.

Edit: I documented it once for PoE2 and actually nothing changed within one year. After you read the description you maybe want to see that 40 sec vid here to fully understand: https://youtu.be/_eVeNtLoe80?is=fOR92jvsyIVnXYSg
Can of course just google a different video but can no one tell me that is a frequent problem on other servers.
