Adding option to get rare desired relic account-bound for sanctum

Add "quest" relic which will be unique rarity and locked after socketed and opened with first forbidden tome.

Idea: unique relic, tradeable

relic quest: complete 200 forbidden tomes in a row without failing one.

relic reward: original scripture(account-bound(not tradeable))

this "quest" relic will block player from socketing any other unique relic so it will be hit for average profit, but have good reward in the end.

if player will succed in no hit run from this relic he well get tradeable osin.


this will incentify players to try more no hit runs themself and will bring more osins for HC
