Ban appeal rejected--still know next to nothing.

I posted a rant here earlier today about not hearing back from GGG about the march 20th ban wave and asking if others had gotten a reply, which understandingly, was moved to general discussion. Soon after that I finally got an email from account investigations--my appeal was rejected.

Still clueless on what I did to incur the ban. My appeal had stated that, plus the third party applications I've used (PoE lab compass, Path of Building, and PoE awakened Trade) in the past. I've scanned my PC for malware, checked if my keyboard/mouse software had any macros built in, looked over various forum posts. Still nothing except knowing about a few others posting about being affected by this recent ban wave, confused and disgruntled as I am.

I will continue stating my main has been playing since 2013, with multiple supporter packs purchased. It should matter because it shows that I am invested, timewise and financially, into this game. 13 years without suspension--until now.

Regardless I'm going to keep playing. Would be cool if it was with my main though.

May I please get another reply from GGG on my suspension?

You didn't do anything to deserve the ban. They banned a bunch of people on the 20th for no reason and they won't revert it.

Keep making a stink and maybe they'll address it (they won't)

I'm done with the game personally even tho I wasn't affected :(

I am currently dealing with this too. even if you get another reply it will be from a bot and all it will tell you is that you already appealed and that they wont look into it anymore.
