No more blighted maps drop in a blighted map

I noticed since the last patch, that blighted maps seem to no longer drop blighted maps itself, only on blight encounters in regular maps.
I removed the viodstone for running blight, so that t1-15 maps would not be changed to gold, but I am never dropping any blighted maps, only regulars. But in the meantime several dropped from blight encounters
Can someone comfirm this?
(I just recently started playing more blight for the first time, and now Im questioning my memory if they dropped at all in blighted maps...?)

blight map should always only drop from the blight encounter (there is also a node which improves this)? and i guess blighted maps >=t14 have a chance of dropping blight ravaged maps.

FYI you can also socket the voidstone again, as far as i have seen it, it does not impact the blighted maps drop from the encounter, you will still get lower level blight maps sometimes.
