Suggestion: Lily Roth Sells Leveled Skill Gems

So once we reach act 6 we can retrieve level 1 skill gems of any standard type. However if we return to the various acts we can obtained leveled versions of these same gems if our class is correct.

Would like to suggest that Lilly Roth can sell players both leveled & unleveled versions of gems so that we are not required to go to town to hunt down leveled versions when this npc literally already sells every single one & could be a fantastic QoL.
