Weird internet disconnection

So when I start the game up, after 1-5-10 minutes, sometimes it happens in 2, sometimes it happens 8, etc. My computer just disconnects from the internet, and starts lagging like crazy. I use cable. Even reinstalled my operating system, tried everything I found online, nothing helps. Only POE does this btw.

It would really help if you could run an MTR test as soon as possible the next time this happens. Maybe download the application ahead of time, just so you're ready to run it when the time comes. It's just we need to establish whether this is happening at your PC, your router, or elsewhere.

Should I just post the results here? Anyway I will dox myself doing so? lol
An MTR log is perfectly safe to post publicly; I've done it in the past without thinking twice.

The first one or two addresses listed will be Private IP addresses from your home network. So it's a bit like leaking the fact that you live in "Apartment #17" when nobody knows which street address, city, or state you live in. Only people on your home network already can leverage that information - and if they already have that kind of access, they'll can discover other devices on the network trivially.

I did this one after a while, so it may not be accurate, waiting for another crash now.
So I did another one, just after the crash, but this one was weird, I got disconnected for like a minute, and my internet just reconnected. Up until this point I had to restart my pc to get internet access again.
