[Suggestion] Runesmithing Bench – Recycle Unwanted Runes into Blank Runes

I’m proposing a “Runesmithing Bench” — a way to recycle unwanted runes into Blank Runes. Think of the Runesmithing Bench as an inscription library. The bench starts empty, and every time you scour a rune, you "learn" its inscription, permanently adding it to your library. Note the inscription library is Account-Wide to encourage Alts and avoids feeling like a chore re-scouring the same runes.

Runesmithing Bench
• Location: Clearfell Encampment (unlocks alongside Salvage Bench after Renly’s Quest).
• Purpose: Recycle unwanted runes to build a permanent inscription library and craft specific runes.

Scouring (Recycling)
• Mechanics: Destroy any Lesser or Normal Rune and you will receive a Blank Rune of the same tier. The rune’s inscription is permanently added to your library (e.g., scouring a Lesser Rune unlocks its Lesser Inscription). Only Lesser and Normal Runes can be scoured, Greater Runes must be found.

Inscription (Crafting)
• Mechanics: Select a learned inscription from your library and apply it to a Blank Rune of the same tier. To apply the inscription to a Blank Rune, it will cost a modest gold fee.

I'm curious what other people think about the idea of a Runesmithing Bench?

I think this would enable more gear options where players can immediately craft the correct runes they need to maintain your build’s power.
