Anyone else experiencing frame issues with high pack counts? Xbox, PC, Playstation

Does anyone have a high powered PC and still suffer from frames not keeping up with certain builds? I feel if this is the case, GGG should have and should put more time into performance if they are going to add things like Mirage added packs and scarabs that add packs. I literally have to hope that I'm still alive after blindly button mashing while I'm on a frozen mob screen hoping I kill enough mobs to increase the frame rate. Most of the time I die when this happens and it happens more than it should. Is it fair to say that they should have known that adding things like this would mess up frames and people shouldn't have to purchase a $5000 computer to be able to play the game without freezing, nor should we have to reduce scarab counts or not accept certain mirages because some builds are too fast for the game to handle. Bleed Slam Slayer btw..
